Motorola HT1000/Visar 2 Way Radio?
What can the 2 side buttons be programmed for?
Also how about a HT1000? What can its side buttons be programmed for?
the visar dos programming software should allow you to assign any function that the visar is capable of to the side buttons apart from TX.
my visars are currently set to [side buttons] emergency man down call and CH scan.
these radios require a programming RIB to interface with the radio. Although they don't make the radio any more spares are as easy to come by as if it still were, probably due to its popularity. the Visar has noe been superseded by the gp300/344 series
